WWE Crown Jewel 2026 takes place today (Sat., Nov. 7) from The Venue in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The show begins at 10 am ET with the free Countdown show, leading right into the main course at 12 pm ET streaming HERE on ESPN Unlimited in the U.S., and on Netflix pretty much everywhere else.

Roman Reigns is right when he says the WWE title ‘hasn’t meant shit’ in years

TKO / WWE cares more about profits and shareholders than the safety of its performers, so they sent the wrestlers and crew over to a war zone in Riyadh to make sure the Saudi government pays them 55 to 60 million dollars for today’s Crown Jewel PLE that has four total matches. The main event will most likely be World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns vs. WWE Champion Sami Zayn, with the winner getting to celebrate with the extremely gaudy Crown Jewel Championship.

The build up to this match centered on Roman and Sami’s past history together in The Bloodline, with Zayn pointing out that he now understands what the Tribal Chief always said about the burden of being champion and dealing with constant disrespect from everyone else who is jealous of their dominance. However, the nostalgia and good times between Roman and Sami ended moments later when Zayn declined to serve as the Honorary Uce and help The Bloodline in its war against 946.

The OTC went off about Sami holding a secondary title that “hasn’t meant shit” since Roman lost it at WrestleMania 40. Zayn pointed out the hypocrisy of Reigns’ words, given the Tribal Chief’s history with that belt. Roman called Sami a little ho and said it’s the man who makes the title. Sami felt disrespected and would eventually sneak in a Helluva Kick on Reigns, after he was taken out by 946. Zayn now has hell to pay today at Crown Jewel after betraying Reigns like that.

Zayn normally wouldn’t stand much of a chance against his Tribal Chief, but things might feel differently today since the WWE champion is a beloved hero in Saudi Arabia. With that in mind, I’ve seen a theory floating around that WWE will keep the fans in Saudi happy today by booking Sami to win after the 946 interferes to screw over Reigns.

There’s one major problem with this theory. It looks like Royce Keys and the 946 didn’t go on the flight to Saudi Arabia, as multiple fan accounts show they were busy fighting The Usos at a WWE live event in Bangor, Maine on Friday night. If the 946 isn’t in Saudi, then there’s no way Sami Zayn is beating Roman Reigns clean. And if Roman scores the win over Sami, it will validate everything the OTC said about the WWE title being a secondary belt that hasn’t meant shit in years.

Does the Last Real Good Guy have any chance to beat Roman Reigns in Saudi Arabia without the 946 being there to help? Tune into Crown Jewel to find out.

The rest of the card

Here are the three other matches that are currently advertised for Crown Jewel:

Chelsea Green vs. Liv Morgan for the Crown Jewel championship

Chelsea Green had a lot of babyface momentum going her way when she won the interim WWE women’s championship in a ladder match at SummerSlam. Since then, Chelsea has been pinned multiple times and comes off like a very weak champ.

Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan threw that in her face during a recent promo, calling Chelsea a joke champion who was lucky to barely retain the title against Nikki Bella. Green let those harsh words get to her and now doesn’t believe in herself either. With the way this angle has been set up, it might just be a burial if Green ends up losing this match and confirms that she is indeed a shitty WWE champion.

Meanwhile, Tiffany Stratton has tried to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Morgan several times, but hasn’t quite figured out how to do it correctly. Green and Stratton are allies right now, but if Chelsea redeems herself by pinning Morgan today and winning the Crown Jewel championship, will Tiffy Time be lurking in the shadows ready to cash in on her close friend?

Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing match

Randy Orton is desperate to with his 15th world championship in WWE, but Cody Rhodes stopped that from happening when he defeated Orton at WrestleMania 42. The Viper returned at SummerSlam to cost Rhodes a WWE championship match against CM Punk, and has vowed to make sure Cody never wins that belt again.

Orton got his win back on Cody at Sunday Night’s Main Event after Rhodes hesitated to punt Orton’s skull. Cody says he won’t hesitate to kick Randy’s head off his shoulders in today’s Last Man Standing match. Rhodes let the darkness briefly take over when he punted Baron Corbin, who is very tall. Can Rhodes do it again tonight to kill the Legend Killer, or will he once again fail to pull the trigger?

The Vision (c) vs. Penta & Je’Von Evans for the world tag team championship

Bron Breakker sent Je’Von Evans crashing through the plywood roof of an ambulance last month at Money in the Bank. Penta went on to win the Money in the Bank contract, and Breakker was a sore loser about it. Penta beat him in a singles match on Raw after Evans returned to attack Bron with the Money in the Bank briefcase. The Vision regrouped a couple weeks later and flattened the babyfaces with Bronson Reed’s Tsunami splash, setting up this tag team title match of Theory and Breakker vs. Penta and Evans. I wonder if Oba Femi made the flight to Saudi, just in case someone needs to stop Bronson Reed from ruining the end of this title match.
