Another goal! Surely it's too little too late, but India will be under pressure now with the full-time whistle just seconds away!
Alamgir Ali Khan scores a contender for a goal of the tournament! The ball is whipped into the box, he flicks the ball over the defender's head, turns, and tucks the ball past the defender and the keeper! A wondergoal!
and Pakistan have one final (albeit feeble) shot at goal at the end!
FULL-TIME: India beat Pakistan by 3-2
Pakistan score a goal with full time approaching! In what is his 4th international appearance for Pakistan, Adil Nabi heads the ball into the Indian goal! Pakistan have managed to reduce the deficit from 3-0 to 3-1. Nabi made his Pakistan debut in June this year.
Currently plays in Greece. Once played for Delhi Dynamos in the Indian Super League.
India 3-1 Pakistan
A chance for Pakistan with the final 10 minutes left! Mckeal Aroon Abdullah bursts into the Indian box, and threads a through ball for Najeeb Ullah. But India's keeper Arsh Anwer Sheikh smothers the ball. The ball is still around the Indian goal and another goal-bound shot is blocked by a flying Indian defender.
Still 3-0 in favour of India with just over 8 minutes left in the game.
India have a chance to make it four! The Pakistan team attack is cleared, and Adison Singh is fed the ball on the left wing. There are barely any Pakistan defenders standing in his path and the goal. He goes on a speedy run, with a teammate running on his right screaming for a cross. There are two Pakistan defenders in the middle. Adison's cross is just too heavy and Pakistan keeper gets there first!
India 3-0 Pakistan
So Suhail Ahmad Bhat, who scored two goals for India, has been subbed off! So no hat-trick for him. Also subbed off is Muhammed Suhail, who created the first goal for India.
Meanwhile, Pakistan have also been forced into a change after Shayak Dost, who scuffed the penalty for the Pakistan team in the first half, is stretchered off after picking up an injury on his right leg while challenging for a header near the Indian box. Nikhil Prabhu was the player Dost collided with, although it's not certain if the incident led to the injury or if it was a muscle injury.
After 63 minutes, India 3-0 Pakistan
Pakistan have managed to hold off India for the first 10 minutes of the second half without conceding any goals! Still trail India 0-3.
They're playing a higher line in defence as compared to the first half when they were playing deep in their own half, allowing the Indians to press them and force mistakes from them.
India 3-0 Pakistan
India take a 3-0 lead into half-time, thanks to Suhail Ahmad Bhat's two goals inside the first 19 minutes.
Pakistan could have scored as well, but Shayak Dost's penalty was blazed over the bar!
Pakistan have 45 more minutes to salvage the situation!
A dangerous ball floated into the India box. Abhishek cannot clear and a Pakistan forward pounces on the ball. Bijoy's tackle to clear the ball away from danger leads to a penalty.
The 24-year-old Shayak Dost steps up to take the penalty, and thumps his shot over the crossbar! This would have been his third international goal! The Indian keeper guessed the direction of the shot right, but the ball was travelling into the second tier of the stands.
India 3-0 Pakistan
India take a 2-0 lead! And once again, it's Suhail Ahmad Bhat, who scores for India. A lovely through ball for him coming from the midfield that splits the Pakistan defence, and Suhail Ahmad Bhat waits for the Pakistan keeper to commit before turning the ball with his side foot into the goal! India have two goals, Suhail Ahmad Bhat has two goals. And we're only 19 minutes into the game.
INDIA 2-0 PAKISTAN
Right after being denied a goal for off-side (which should have stood), India score the opening goal with Suhail Ahmad Bhat scoring.
Here's why that offside goal was unfair. Suhail Ahmad Bhat (jersey no 7) was onside when the ball was looped over the Pakistan defence. But the flag was raised by the linesman.
Minutes later, Suhail Ahmad Bhat scored India's opening goal after another ball hoofed over the Pakistan defence on the left flank, which was crossed into the box by Muhammed Suhail. Suhail crossed the ball, and it was turned it by Suhail Ahmad Bhat.
INDIA 1-0 PAKISTAN
The Indian team have the first corner of the game. And it's squandered away. But then Pakistan have a freekick right outside the Indian box. That's not converted either. Still goalless. India dominating possession so far.
After 10 minutes, IND 0-0 PAK
Three minutes in and India have their first chance! India have started off well so far. Kipgen gets the ball at the edge of the Pakistan box, and puts his foot through the ball, which balloons into the sky!
After 3 minutes, IND 0-0 PAK
